|
|
Does anyone out there know of any amateur comedy and/or drama groups on the IOW, preferably in the Ryde area but anywhere really? When I have tried searching on the net, I am only really finding groups that mainly do Musicals or Operas which i'm not interested in. Having had a background in Theatre, I would love to give performance a go again.
Cheers Luvvies! |

@EG
I think that there is one at Shanklin Theatre, but a look on the IWCP website or the paper itself should give more info.
Have you appeared in anything we would have heard of? |

Thanks Freddie,
No - wasn't ever in anything you would have heard of. Worked for years in Londons West End Theatre world in backstage, box-office and admin etc but was never a proffesional actor. Used to have ambitions in that direction when I was younger but nothing ever came of it. Would just like to give performane a go again without the pressue or ambition to try and 'make it'. |
