Searching for a friend

Just wondering if anyone can help. A few years ago, I chatted online to a lovely lady called Theresa. Sadly she became very ill with bowel cancer and baffled with it for a long time. Eventually I didn't hear from her and assumed the worst.

I would love to know what happened to her and perhaps send my condolences to her family. The only details of her background I can provide is that she worked in a florists in (I think) Newport and previously she was a cook at the prison.

Any info is much appreciated.

UPDATE: I forgot to mention that she lived in East Cowes, if that helps at all.
