Just joined the forum so I thought I would drop by and say hello.
I have to confess that I do not live on the island so I hope thats ok but we try and spend as much time there as possible. In fact we are next over the first two weeks of June and hope to catch the last day of The Old Gaffers in Yarmouth. It was a great day out last year.

My name is Rob by the way I am looking forward to participating in the forum.

welcome to the forum, it's not a particularly busy one but we try and have a laugh, and some of us try and get serious debates going, with limited success so it's good to see a new face. Hope we can look forward to your input in the future. Smile

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Glad you like the pictures. I upload them to Flickr as a backup measure as well as for sharing them.

Its hard work keeping a forum going and you usually find that you end up with just a few regular visitors. Its a shame really as its such a great medium for spreading news and local chat.
