|
|
Hello, I am wishing to get myself an electronic scooter (not mobillity and not petrol) but a raising issue is that some places can be off limits with regards to law.
My neighbours would be fine with the silent device but was wandering about wether public footpaths, ie: newport to cowes cycle track, would be off limits or not. That is where I would be mainly be using it but I would, given that it is permitted, like to go on pavements around town to get to the shops etc.
Any help would be appreciated if you can.
Thank you. |

Cant really help much but there are a number of web sites that might. It seems the legal clarification of electric scooters is still a bit vague but here is a link
http://www.atob.org.uk/electric_legal_.htm |
