This post is not intended to put any one off from moving to the Island, It was our personal experience. Every comment can be backed up by reports from police, hospital, Southampton county and Isle of Wight courts. We were just unlucky enough to be (dumped) in one of the worse areas. I have not mentioned the area or names associated with our plight. I do not intend to offend the good residents of the Island. The only places I knew to be bad were only two, and they were both council/Medina housing estates. Every county has the exact same problem. we thought we were doing a service by standing up in court for the authorities against these people, but unfortunately were left in the middle of the problem, not wanted by the offenders friends. we actually lived next door to one of the offenders best friends so you can imagine the reprisals we endured? We were just foolish to think that we would be moved like the other witnesses.
