Just wondered if anyone was going to the Festival this weekend. Wondered what people's view of the Festival were whether it was a good thing for the Island as it pulls in tourists or that it just causes a load of disruption.
Views anyone? |

Hi Lainey and Carrie hope you're both ok,
all i know about the festival is that it enabled the ferry companies to push up their fares to a ridiculous price which was one major factor for me not coming down this weekend!! apart from that i have no idea what the festival is about?? and as im planning to eventually settle on the isle i think i ought to find out as much as possible as i can see it could have quite an impact on certain areas and where i end up buying property.
So any info on it very welcome
P.S just to let you know Lainey i found out why PM's get lodged in your outbox, apparently they stay there until the recipient opens them then they go to your sent box! ive replied to your PM's by the way
p.p.s Just got to share this with you because im sooo happy and relieved...found out yesterday that ive passed my counselling exam!!!! (only another 4years to go )
Take care, B |
