Has anyone else been on a life coaching course? I went on one recently and i feel so great about life now, i just wanted to share! Best £50 I ever spent!

What happens on these courses and why do you go on them? Is it all hypnotism or something?

No, there is no hypnotism at all. You do some fab things like visualising how you want your life to be and making a picture of your new life

It helps you to see how your life is and how you want it to be. It really works!!! I was a bit sceptical but was surprised at how it made me think about things. It only cost £50 and I think was great value for money.

It has made me see how I can move on in my life and that I can do much more than I knew
