A quick Google and all I found was the following who apparently cover the Isle of Wight, which is OK if you can afford to travel to the Mainland for the meetings.

Hampshire Friends with ME is a friendly county-wide support group for people with ME/CFS. Membership subscription is £7.50 per year and includes regular newsletters, contact and information lists, access to regular meetings throughout the county (although not currently on the Island itself), a telephone support line available by appointment, and other events and ME friendly activities.
Membership is open to anyone aged 16 or over, regardless of severity of condition or geographical location.
